Deposit Variance
Our clerk posted a cash receipt and ended up with a ***deposit variance***. She then re-posted the cash receipt and it appears to have posted, but the cash receipts journal isn't closing. Error Encountered when trying to close the general ledger
I'm an accountant, and not much of a tech-savy user, but I am our resident computer professional here.
