    IP office 500v2 8.1.63 using Norstar sets automatically conferences outside calls when transferred

    Has anyone heard of a problem happening on an IPO 500v2 using Norstar sets that when (2) calls get transferred to the same extension using a 7316 with an add-on mod with the buttons programmed as a "USER" prior to VMpro answering, the (2) outside calls get automatically get conferenced together...
