I was considering a "System Initialize" but I am unsure what grief that will bring.

A new client came into work this am and the NS700 was dead as a doornail..no lights/LED's on the box, nothing on the sets display. AC Outlet was getting power.
Is there a fuse that needs to be checked? Or is it an issue with the power supply...or maybe worse??

Looking for some advice on a 7100.
I have a MP10a that went dark, swapped it into a different cabinet and it works fine. It sounds like a power issue in the original cabinet...is this an easy fix or something I should be sending to Telesource?
Maybe it not worth fixing?

I have a BCM400 that was working when I removed it from service.
