    Generating .XML file in Epicor Vista 8.03

    Hi, I am trying to generate an .XML file by clicking print preview but it doesn't generate any .XML file. When I open system monitor, my report goes to scheduled tasks. I have checked the scheduled time, it is correct to the day of print. Can anybody help me on this please?
