    "Record is deleted"

    Hi, I just opened my newly created Database there and got this error message on loading the form. It WAS ok yesterday.     hey! Is there any way to combine two option groups? I have a list off 28 options that need to be cycled through individually on my form however the option group limit seems to be 20. Is there some way to have the 1st option group list 1-14 and the 2nd to list 15-28? thanks
