We have NEC SV8500 , created IZP (internal zone paging group) through PCPro and added stations, programed IZP button on reception phone, but when they press IZP button, phones in the paging zone hear pre-tone but not able to hear voice.

My Panasonic KX-TDA50G shows call log (from out side) only on phone which answer the call , All phones are programmed to ring for three lines, would like to have call log on all phones.
right now it only shows on phone which answer the call.
please help!!

We are using KX-TDA50 and TVA with AA.
We have groups created for press1 (three Extensions) , press2(Two Ext)
Problem is intermittently getting ICD group number on the phone display instead of phone number from outside calls.
Please suggest!

we are using Panasonic KX-TDA50g and Kx-TVA50G with Auto Attendant option.
problem is when someone calls in and listens to company greetings and punch in the option required (1 0r 2...) and if caller immidiately disconnects the call but it still keeps ringing on theose phones

Need help on Nortel CICS 7.1 , My client want s to dial out from call log ,but call log only dials 7 digits (does not dial Area code) because area code shows after the 7 digits,
is there any way to store call log properly so it is easy to call out from log and convenient.
