    sony vaio pcg-k35 hard drive help

    my hard drive went bad on my viao laptop so i bought one from e bay to replace it. i put it in and powered it up and i know it dont have an os in it but it read BOOTMGR IS MISSING . so i restart go into bios and dont see a cd or dvd drive in the boot menu but i see OPTICAL DRIVE so am assuming...
