I am unable to adjust my BCM400's subnet mask. I log into the unit and set it to: 255.255.0.0 for the new mask and it does not take affect. I have also rebooted the unit after making the change. I am using the newest Business Element Manager.

I am attempting to forward one users VM's to another user in BCM Element Manager, but I only seem to be able to direct all the calls. Is this possible? Right now I have Fwd No Answer, Fwd All set up from (example) 201 to 210 but only calls go through when the VM picks up its user 201's mailbox.
