Is it possible to set up two different threshold level in AACC (Avaya Aura Contact Center)?
I would like to setup a abandoned after threshold to 15 seconds and 60 seconds for the answer after threshold.

I have installed AACC 6.1 with CS1000e and configured the hot desking. This is only voice solution and there is no multimedia.
The AAAD is working fine without hot desking.
If i configure the hot desking, while receing a incoming to a agent, it displays to all agents.

I am getting the 15 min interval in the application performance report for the service level, but i need to have the report in 60 mins format. It is possible by using RCW.

I have upgraded Rls 5.0 to Rls 7.5. Before upgrade i have taken backup of the personal directory. After upgradation, i am trying to resotre it but it could not succed.
