Having an issue with a 9608 set and softkeys.
This is on an IPO 9.0 Service Pack 3.
The customer would like to add commas/pauses to a contact dialing string.
The documentation states there should be a "Pause" soft key that will add
commas to the dialing string that represent a 1...
I have this same problem happening at 5 different sites.
4 of the sites are running 8.1.73 and one site is running 7.0.23, all on IP500v2.
All sites use 96xx telephones.
The sites are geographically dispersed ... Chicago, Minneapolis, New York, New Jersey, Philly.

Had an issue where the customer could not use the call back feature in visual voice.
Eventually I determined it was because the inbound call was only prefixed with a 9 and a 91 was required for call back.
I changed the Prefix field on the inbound line to 91.

The last update I can find for 6.0 is the Q3 2010 Maintenance Release. Can anybody confirm this was the last MR for 6.0?
It also appears that an Upgrade License is required to go from 6.0 to 6.1. Correct?

Great forum ... been learning a lot from the posts.
Here is the issue:
Calls sound muffled and hard to hear.
Buttons on the sets lock up.
The sets freeze up.
Some jitter and delay errors in the SSA QoS alarms.
