    Norstar dial plan question

    IPview softboard

    When I log into the IPview softboard the display is appearing but thier is no data. It does not seem to be collecting from RCC comp. Any assistance would be great!

    no ethernet on display Shoretel IP 265

    I am receiving an errer code of no ethernet on display. When I look at director and look at the Shoregear 90 switch it states OUT OF SERVICE (OPERATIONAL) Any ideas would be great!
