    Google search results redirecting to spam pages

    Hi everyone, I appear to have received some sort of trojan that has a nasty habit of redirecting my search result clicks to spammy pages. When I click "back" and then visit the page again, it loads as normal. It's just a bit of a nuisance and I would like to get rid of this problem permanently...
