Im upgrading a customer from an old 406v2 to IP500v2 and our sales person couldn't get them to buy new DS30's or Phone8's. Will the old white DS30's and Phone8's download the necessary files and upgrade straight to the ip 500v2 11.0.4? or do I need to do something else?
