Merlin Legend TTR's
I have an Intuity Audix attached to a Merlin Legend. The problem is that when callers select their option from the AA the entry is not detected and the call is eventually transfered to the Operator. A reboot "fixed" the problem temporarily but it has returned. Does this sound like a TTR issue...- CallBackLater
