On BCM Element Manager I see Performance History with ES, SES and UAS.
I did read the definitions but I wonder how ES, SES, UAS may translate to problems.
For example ES from time to time means noises during call, SES and UAS dropped calls, etc.

We have BCM450R1 (soft. 8.0) with two PRI lines and VoIP trunk to external IVR. When we call DID to VoIP trunk/IVR then Caller ID is presented on IVR. But when call goes thru Auto Attendant to VoIP trunk/IVR then we dont see Caller ID.
