    RCF with SIP trunk

    Does anybody know how to set up remote call forwarding on IPOffice 500 R8.1 with SIP trunk? Can't get it to work. I've unchecked the inhibit forwarding and transfer, but still doesn't work. When station is forwarded, the caller just hears ringing. Any help is appreciated.

    Nortel Mics 6.1 analog port

    Is there an analog port on the MICS, or will I need an analog expansion module? All I could see was 2 emergency transfer ports. Thanks!

    I have the latest admin and maintenance release downloaded on my laptop, but when I try to upgrade, it shows me a downgrade version, 7.0(23) to be exact. So, why can't I upgrade?
