    SIPLine - DCH never establishes

    Hello, I've been trying to get SIPL working for some 3rd party SIP phones on my CS1000 Rls 7.0. I have all the components programmed according to NTPs but the DCH never establishes, so my phone is registered, I can see some call logs (LD 80 and SS logs) but I get a fast busy on the outbound...
