I am taking out my Centrex lines and need to remove the Centrex access code (9) that is being inserted. Right now the users dial 9 + phone number and the Legend inserts another 9 for the Centrex. When I convert to non-Centrex how do I remove the 9?
I have an Avaya Legend system that currently uses Megacom 800 service. I am an 800# newbie so I'm not sure why I need a dedicated T1 but I believe I have one. Does each 800 call take 2 trunks?
For a variety of reasons, I am moving to Readyline so that I can eliminate the dedicated T1 right...
What interface is used to connect a PRI circuit to a Cisco Call Manager? The customer is remote and says it is on a 2811 router. I have seen it installed on a card within the CM. What is the difference?
I am changing services from PRI to IPflex. The IP FLex emulates the PRI configuration as long as the settings in the phone system match the configuration in the router. The only variable that I don't have is how many incoming digits is the Avaya looking for. I think I can find this info out...
i have two t1's coming into my cs1k. 1 is PRI for incoming DID and outgoing calls. 1 is T1 for incoming calls to main number. I am changing carriers and need to reconfigure the t1 as PRI. I don't want to lose any incoming calls during this process. Can I route the calls to the main number...
Can anyone translate these software versions:
SP30AGK07NAT - I believe this is a CICS expanded. Can I add a Startalk (refurbed) or Call Pilot 100 to this?
MICS DR7 - can I add a PRI card?
SP 30nCG19NAT - CICS - not sure beyond that?
i am changing carriers. I have a PRI. at&t wants to know how many received digits my IPO is set for. i have DID so I would assume 4 digits but how can I check in the programming?
Can I get caller id of the called party if they zero out of someone's voicemail? Today if a caller reaches ext 4343's mailbox and they zero out, the receptionist sees the 4343 on the display. Wants to be able to see the number of the person who called in.
I am changing carriers and the new service provider wants to know how many incoming digits to send. I have a PRI and am using DID. I think it should be 4 but where in programming would I check. I don't have access to element manager so I would be using TUI.
I am trying to implement at&t's IP Flex trunking to an IPK system. The configuration on the IP Flex is T-1, CAS, Wink, B8ZS, ESF, 4 digit incoming. The same is set on the DTI card on the IPK but the IPK will not accept the call. We are able to make outgoing calls. Any suggestions?
