I need to verify Verizon has the same T1 configurations for my PRI T1 going to a S8800 rl.5.2.

When I pull a day report for this agent, some of the calls do not show screen capture. The rule is set for all calls to have screen capture. Should I try reinstalling ScreenAgent on the agent's pc?

I checked the configuration for the device extension, Master site switch and I can monitor the channel, the extension and pull records. But the only thing that is recorded is a "wave out" sound.

There is a screen in Perform 3.2 (can't remember how to get there) that will set rules for numbers of calls allowed per day/months ect.

I'm trying to understand the process of how the vectoring works for Meet Me conferencing (EMMC).
In the VDN which is set as a "Meet me conferencing" VDN, on the last page the "Route to number" field is set as 82994800 (4800 being the VDN number).
I'm not understanding what the first four digits...
