Windows 10 Pro jumps to beginning when scrolling.

ACER AM1640 intermitant boot. Locks up at splashscreen
Someone at the apartment building i live was throwing away an Acer Desktop Am1640-U1401A with DDR2 ram 2gigs and Window Vista home premium so i thought i would take a look to see what was wrong with it. I booted it up and it went to the splash screen and stopped.So i shut it down and re-seated...- bruce060356

Windows 7 build 7601 this copy of windows is not genuine. Tried what i know but nothing works.
