Can anyone tell me how to add a MWI to an ACD on a 3904.
I have a Message Call Center and ACD that I need Message Waiting Lights to show for the users.
For with those of you that have experience working with UCCX could you please evaluate the following:

Can it be done in 1 week so 10 different students that only know Avaya can truly understand how to function in a UCCX environment instead...
I have been asked to supply some basic training aids to users for different Avaya Phone sets. Does anyone have a good suggestion of where I might find something like this?
Our customer currently has phones images on their 4.3 CM and would like to move the same images to the new upgraded 7.1.3 CM.
Can this be done?
