    #321 VMS Cover Rings Doesn't Seem to Work

    Have used #321 to reduce rings at a particular extension from 2 (factory setting) to 1 and yet that extension continues to ring 5 times when call comes from Partner Voice Messaging PC Card. I'm scratching my head. I would really appreciate your assistance. thank you
