Feature 981/983 "Inactive Feature" - Resolved, but what was the cause?
Today at our office, a few hours into the workday I had the infamous "Inactive Feature" when trying to use F981 and F983. This was the first time that I had ever had this happen. Nortel Phones Keypad tones off?
