    9650 has a sip firmware needs to go back to h.323

    How do I remove the sip firmware from a 9650 phone? This one of our lab phones and we need it for a seperate test. I have tried to clear and reset to factory with no luck.

    Is there a way to satatus the current running temp on a nortel CS 1000? Our air handling units have quite working and I want to monitor the temp.

    911 notification

    We have been experiencing a high volume of 911 calls due to the high number of contractors from out of the country. We have been asked to log these calls and I was wondering if there was a way to set up email notification for each individual incident.
