When I disabled all channels in Callpilot Manager for maintenance, the related ports in the cs1k (pbx) still showed idle?
It should show being disabled, not idle. PLease let me know your thoughts?

Found at least 2 dsp channels do not released (busy) even no call for 600R Callpilot. DSO channels are busy too.
Stopped and started the dsp channel getting following event:
Event 57308 internal error from MAS Resoucres during playback or record (105283096).
DSO channels become idle after...
Anyone knows the path (many releases) of Nortel contact center example CC6.0 that is ranamed to Ayaya contact center.
Nortel cc6.0 becomes avaya 6.0 ??
Nortel cc7.0 becomes avya 7.0 ???
