    BCM Doesn't Answer When First Line Is In Use

    Hi, I'm using the BCM50E. I have 4 lines hooked up and when someone is using the first line the BCM auto attendant does not pick up for the caller it just keeps ringing and ringing. If I'm on the 2nd line and someone calls in the auto attendant answers just fine. Please help. Thanks
