    Avaya 1220 IP sets on a BCM50 Rls 6

    We are setting up a new BCM50 Rls 6 with Avaya 1220 IP sets. The BCM is set up for DHCP and when the new sets are plugged in the BCM shows IP addresses for the sets but they never come up; we get an initail manual config menu then the display goes blank. We're assuming it's a firmware issue...

    IP Office Embedded VM

    I need to have an announce only mailbox in the Auto Attendant, something like "press 1 to hear hours of operation". Pressing 1 would go to a mailbox that plays the recorded announcement and then puts the caller back to the AA. Any ideas? thanks.
