I have a series of numbers each with separate accounts from same provider which need to go to separate destinations - but all calls go to the first ICR based on their IP address.
I did try called number on the ICR but I note that all my numbers are followed by the same letters so the default...
Although I can access from the PC console over USB I'd like to do this from another room so I tried the option to connect over LAN but I get
EA04301 cannot open LAN port
The network connection is working as I can access the IP-GW4 web configuration and I am using port 35333 in the console as...
I've read the KB and threads here but not 100% clear on how this works on R11.0
There's an ICR for calls to an analogue extension to fallback to the main hunt group if busy or no answer but this doesn't seem to work after the fallback time (system default 15s). The KB says this is way to do...
This was used to control CU360 and XT series video conferences.
I can't find this in the Android or Apple Apps stores so has it been withdrawn?
Searches did not give any results.
Looking at thia a few years on from the original post
thread940-1801081
Now using R11.0 on the IP Office and the latest Version: 11.04.00.0038 on the CU360 I had to set
4) [user as the extension number and not the user.
I also replaced domain and FQDN with the IP Office IP address but that...
I noticed that this has been end of sale since March so any idea of a replacememt?
Effective 04-March-2024, Avaya will no longer sell Avaya Collaboration Unit CU-360, and all related accessories.
The EoS would also include the licensing, DFPP, DaaS and Bundle codes.
In terms of replacement...
I've stepped through the upgrades to the latest 11.4 SP4 (11.4.0.38) and all is well but I can't seem to download the Google Play Store.
There's no problem that I can see with my local network (wired for this) or the the internet.
Just adding some D100s to R11
I was going to add them to the Main huntgroup but the manual says
•Collective All available phones in the User List phones ring simultaneously. Although DECT handsets can be programmed as members of groups and receive calls in the same manner as any other...
My Sipgate test line can no longer receive incoming calls and I'm sure I've not made any changes at this end. Outgoing calls are OK and my regular SIP line works OK.
The ICR is OK but Sipgate told me
Your Avaya System is rejecting the calls. If your PBX is evaluating the "To" header, it needs...
I've just changed SIP providers and phones are showing the caller ID in the form 07000 123456 so not matching to the directory and displaying the directory name. Of course I can't have spaces in the directory.
I've checked in monitor and it seems that the IP Office 500v2 R11.0 is displaying...
I'd set up an internal SIP as line 25 line group 72 shortcode 72N;/dial/72N/LG72 which was working wellon R11.0.4.7.0. build 6.
A setting was changed somewhere else and it no longer works from any phone and SSA doesn't show a destination for the call. Incoming calls are OK so no problem with...
Just set a new SIP trunk with the default settings but phones (9641 etc) are showing the SIP tag e.g. 2022120620021100004 instead of the caller ID.
Using other devices instead of the IP Office show caller ID correctly. Other SIP trunks seem OK. Any thoughts?
IP Office 11.0.4.7.0 build 6...
The Avaya support website is being updated and it seems documents and software for legacy Avaya and Nortel systems are now available again!
Avaya support
As this is still is progress some categories may disappear for a while.
Note that some software may not be available for legal reasons.
I've got a Nortel BCM50 R6.0 to use with my old rotary pulse dial phones but they can dial all the digits except for 1
I checked this both with rotary dials and keypads with the same result so the dials are in spec.
Firebird Scrambler kindly tested this on his system and could see the issue...
Hardware and licencing aside is there any real difference in a SIP trunk delivered direct to the IPO and an analogue trunk from the ISP's router's built in ATA?
I need to cover for a user on a remote SCN site.
I've set a call appearance on my 9641 as <label> - user - "<user>" and can see when there is a call but is there anyway to see the caller ID?
R11.0.4 at both ends.
Why Mitel Went All in on Premises-based PBX
Some interesting comments
The casual observer might conclude that the premises-based market has been abandoned, left for dead. But it hasn't been abandoned, and it’s not dead. I’ve been through enough of these pendulum swings to know that there are...
