Regional date setting changes for users with non local admin rights
when a user that is part of the domain logs into this box they do not have local admin rights. the issue is that they use a program that requires the regional settings date to be formatted like so MM/DD/YEAR, when they open the program it throws up an error saying change to that date format...- Gridmstr75
