    I have configured some Reason Codes in my AVAYA IP-Office but my CCR reports only on the display Lunch at one place while all the remaining other codes sum up in a single field(Agent Time Card Report). Is there any other way with which I can see the time of each reason code separately. Al

    IP Office Need to send Unknown Number

    I have an IP Office rls 8.0.44 PRI,NI2,Digital Sets. I need to send "Unknown Number" from the IP Office when making a phone call. As well I'm sending the DID number and BTN and that part works. Can someone help me with the "Unknown Number" part please. Thanks Joesuds
