I am using a Partner system 206EC R3.1 and a 4.1 controller.
The situation is: Occasionally when an incoming call is received the person on the hears the ringing but our phone stations do not ring. Would that be the controller or possibly the 206EC expansion module?

First thanks for any and all help I am stumped on this issue.
Here is my setup.
Calls come in
Hunt group (Operator)
With one user (front desk)
If they don't answer it goes to a secondary hunt group
with several users.
If they don't answer it overflows goes to an Auto attendant.
