    GATM4 no dialtone

    I have a BCM400 with PRI added gatm4 but it shows up as line 181 - 184 but i cannot get a dialtone. From what i have read it says that it needs to be lines 65-68. But they are assigned in the system under the PRI. My dip switch setting are 111110 bus 3 because 2 and 7 are already taken up.

    Pulling up caller id after hangup

    I have a customer that wants to pull up caller id after the caller has hung up. Is there a Feature for that or do i need to program it in the BCM50.

    I bought a new BCM50 that has 4 int analog trunk, but I cannot get the lines to show. I am using line 061 trunk loop as per the installation instructions. Can someone help.
