    Is there any way of taking a full config backup of a BCM 400 version 3.7 the only way I can access the switch is via web interface my element manager won't talk to it as I have been told its too old to use element manager ? Just really want to get a backup incase it crashes as have another...

    Hi have an issue with a Nortel BCM400 in that we cannot connect in any way, usually we just connect via a web browser usinh its IP ADDRESS 192.168.1.19. its definetly connected to the network but cannot even ping reply Have tried going access via the serial port on the fron again get nothing...

    Samsung DCS 816

    Hi we have problem with our samsung DCS 816 in that you cannot dial extn internally , we can however dial them by pressing the DSS Key if it has the extn programmed under it but sureley should able to just dial 200 for extn 200 201 for extn 201 etc Any Ideas?
