    How do I remove Simplify Headers Default on Crystal to Excel Export?

    My Crystal report exports beautifully into Excel if I untick the Simplify Headers box but even if I save, it automatically defaults back to being ticked. I don't want my users to have to remember to do this each time. Is there a way of setting the default to unticked?
