    Callpilot does not recognize dtmf after upgrade to 5.0

    201I...The short and sweet of it... When trying to access a mailbox, callpilot does not recognize dtmf...it continues to play it's login greeting. Installed the software, added SU10 for both the server and manager. I reinstalled the software twice, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    ICB: Meeting Does Not Exist"

    Alrighty folks...can some one check my sanity please...after I dial the Access DN for my "Dual" ICB cards, I hear this message "Meeting Does Not Exist"! Am I hearing this because I may not have any meetings configured in my Primary ICB Card? Thnx in advance-

    Upgrading a MICS 7.0 to 7.1

    Going to be upgrading a MICS 7.0 to a 7.1. In the procedures it does not mention using a upgrade tool. Since they are the same release, would I just power down, remove the 7.0 software, plug in the 7.1 and power up?
