    REinitialize Callpilot in 3.7 BCM

    I have tried the F982 put in operator pswd...asks if I want to make changes then I hit 1...and it asks for another password tried operator, config, 000...etc. NO LUCK Need to re-initialize so I can change the DN length to match a successful change in the BCM from 4 down to 3

    Loops not working on BCM 50

    have BCM50 with 3 loops and 2 SIP trunks. SIPs work fine in and out. Loops worked for a while then stopped. The calls get no such number out of service. Do I need to dial an access code for the local loops? They are A&R

    Have two 4x16s looks like one works and the other doesn't...I swapped cables and the same DNs come back up. plugged in twenty phones and 11 show in the nactive DNs list only six are working Are there diagnostics?

    When you went to voicemail on the Startalk, was there a "copy" statement on the M series screen that allowed you to press the grey button below and punch in the extension you wanted to forward a copy. I have never seen that in 4.2 onward and certainly not BCM. Just would like some reassurance...

    MICS 6.0 with 3.0 Call pilot. recent crash and reinstall. Only if you put a "1" in front of the individual's extension it goes through, otherwise tells you there's no such extension

    Have system where calls come to 221 then forwarded to 235 the rest of the office call hear 235 as it is appear & ring...while the reat are appear 0nly how can they see which line is ringing at 235 so they can answer that call?

    How can a caller get reception by pressing "0" from another extension

    Hi and thank you in advance for any help on the issue. Once we use to get a voicemail box we could normally press “0” and go to a reception which is Ext “221”. We cannot do that anymore. Callpilot was down recently and everything was built again...
