I have tried the F982
put in operator pswd...asks if I want to make changes
then I hit 1...and it asks for another password
tried operator, config, 000...etc.
NO LUCK
Need to re-initialize so I can change the DN length to match a successful change in the BCM from 4 down to 3
Can this be done, where another PBX (Etrail) connects to the MICS with a PRI Card (The Norstar T-1 (NT7B74) Digital Trunk Card),then connects to outside world through another PRI Card (The Norstar T-1 (NT7B74) Digital Trunk Card ) which is connected to teir 1 carrier.
Hi
If an incoming caller presses "0" and no-one answers at the reception, do they have the option of keying in a new extension in order to speak to someone else, and can they get access to the directory if they need to find an extension number? .
thanks

1) After receiving a client complaint, I tested the phones by calling one of the ext 235 who is out of the office. I reached the ext 235 voice mail, and I did not want to leave a message and wanted to talk to reception so I press "zero" no one anwered at...
have BCM50 with 3 loops and 2 SIP trunks.
SIPs work fine in and out.
Loops worked for a while then stopped. The calls get no such number out of service.
Do I need to dial an access code for the local loops?
They are A&R
thread1361-1614498 is reference to former thread where user was geting access to SIP trunk on the digital (T7316) set. That's all I want to do right now.
What is the secret. I hawe assigned them to a Pool....but the set cannot see. Thought it might be the a ccess code...as I cannot find a place to set that. I have assigned Feature 64 but it cannot access because there is no code.
Have two 4x16s looks like one works and the other doesn't...I swapped cables and the same DNs come back up.
plugged in twenty phones and 11 show in the nactive DNs list only six are working
Are there diagnostics?
When you went to voicemail on the Startalk, was there a "copy" statement on the M series screen that allowed you to press the grey button below and punch in the extension you wanted to forward a copy. I have never seen that in 4.2 onward and certainly not BCM.
Just would like some reassurance...
MICS 6.0 with 3.0 Call pilot. recent crash and reinstall.
Only if you put a "1" in front of the individual's extension it goes through, otherwise tells you there's no such extension

Is it possible to have a call at reception forwarded to a specific DN, and still be seen seen as a flashing symbol on all phones with the ability to pickup without F74-5-6?
Have a client who switched to BCM and insists it worked that way with MICS.
Also, in Voicemail when checking a...

Looking for a way to have the unattended reception phone (221) to be answered by others in the back office if somebody calls 221 or the operator "0" BCM200
Hi and thank you in advance for any help on the issue. Once we use to get a voicemail box we could normally press “0” and go to a reception which is Ext “221”. We cannot do that anymore. Callpilot was down recently and everything was built again...
