    3300 Online Upgrade

    Hi, If I do an online upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2 on a 3300 MXE can the upgraded software be activated without the software installer tool been connected. IE can I just browse in to the ESM and issue the swap command to activate the new software. Thanks, RR

    MCD Software Installer Tool problem

    I cannot upgrade the SI Tool 10.1.0.16 to the latest for MCD 4.2 10.2.0.2 or uninstall it from my laptop running windows xp.     Mitel Intergrated Configuration Wizard

    Hi, I have installed the latest version of the Mitel Intergrated Configuration Wizard on a laptop running XP. When it opens most of where the text should be is little squares. It runs fine on a similar laptop running XP so the issue must be with the PC and not the program. Any idea's guy's??
