If I needed to downgrade a UCM from 9 to 8.1 should I use the iso/unetbootin and reimage to 8.1 or would it be possible to dowgrade using the 8.1 upgrade file?

I have a 5000HX, 5.1 SP2 with (2)5330 and (9)5312 ip sets. A couple of the sets are experiencing a one-way or no audio situation but only on intercom calls. Incoming and outgoing external calls are fine. All phones are at 5.01.00.16.

Good morning All, looking for a bit of advice. I want to upgrade a 5000HX controller from 5.1 SP2 to SP4. Can I skip the SP3?
I believe the upgrade is nothing more than copying the SP4 software onto a USB stick and using the AWS to upload the file, is that correct?
