I have just heard rumours of what Avaya might be doing when version 11 is released next year.
The major one I have heard is the ADI 9.1 upgrade licence will no longer be made available.
I believe this will force anyone with older kit to upgrade to version 10+

We appear to only have it working to personal voicemail box.
There appears to be no mention of adhoc call recording in the WebUI User manual.
