    Lucent MLX 10 problem....Help. Need to delete messages in message box.

    Hi, Unable to access voicemail to delete messages, it is stuck in a busy signal. Please help. Tried unplugging but to no avail. Thank you. Is is possible to completely erase all messages without actually accessing the mailbox. Thank you. Sincerely Verindar

    Merlin Mail Voicemail stuck to outside line

    Please help! Our voicemail is stuck to an outside line and we do not know how to disconnect it so we can use our voice mail system. When we try to access the voicemail system it beeps like there is someone on the line on the voicemail and does not let us check voicemail. This is happening...
