    Micros 9700, Credit Card error "BAD REQUEST"

    So at random when a server/bartender is trying to run/charge a credit card for payment an error window appears saying "BAD REQUEST". To rresolve the issue we have to do a full system restart, any ideas on what causes this?! Thanks for any info!
