In a 3300 using ring groups the caller id is ONLY correct when the outside call is transferred into the ring group by the operator or from the auto attendant.

We upgraded a 200 light with a 200EL. The customer just realized that 911 calls were not identifying the extension that the 911 call was made from.
Also, when an internal extension calls another extension the display on the 420 sets show "EXTN". I think they both are related.
