is there a way to download the .isl file from an existing mitel 5000? I have full admin rights and own the system but in case of a major failure, I know I will need this file to import into the 5000 at the time of the rebuild. I cant get it from the provider because they went out of business.

I can log into Mitel Online but half of the screen pops up and then goes blank. Tried on several different browsers, same result. Updated Adobe Flash, no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Along with Phonebook on the newly installed 5330 phone for a 3300 shows HOT DESK on the screen. How is that wiped out so that it doesn't show? People are asking what it does and Id rather just remove it.
