    Phone showing as T7316 instead of T7208

    BCM 400 - 4.0 Software I just plugged in a T7208 phone and went to configure the set, and to my disbelief the model in Element Manager is displaying as a T7316/M7310. Is there any way to change this, and force it to be the correct phone?

    We have a BCM 400 with CallPilot. Is there any way to import a .wav file as the personal greeting for a voicemail.
