need explanation what is the term TELN ( Telephone Number ) stand for ... why we need it since we have Station number .
and is it necessary to assign it for each station ??
and if there is a nortel / Avaya technichal ...can...
recently we changed the ssc card on option 11, we used port 2 as BGD , CHECK IN and CHECK OUT work ok.
the problem is :the Name still appear despite the room status is Vacant.
we have class modem card 0n CS1000E , CLID work fine on analouge phones , could you please explain me why when we change the Codec on the Zone from BQ to BB ( BEST BANDWIDTH ) we lost the CLID ON ALL 500 STET`S ???? WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN CLASS MODEM CARD AND THE CODEC???

is it possible to unmask the incoming mask digits number on PRI , RECIEVED ON 22250 Console ???
even though this mask digits are unmasked by CDR.
customer ask the telco to hide the calling and called PRI numbers on incoming and out going ( no CNI) . the question is why the incoming dialed numbers are appear on CDR but on attendant console just the trunk ACOD and the member are appear ?? is there somthing to do on our CS100E rls 5.5 or...
