    Not being prompted for Smart Card on some websites

    Having problems accessing some secure sites that require smart card logon. I have reinstalled ActivClient three times, uninstalled and reinstalled IE8, IE7 and still no progress. Some sites immediately prompt me for PIN others do not. Tried all of the KB articles, reset Internet Explorer...
