    I have a CTI Route Point with a line assigned that looks like this 444[29] does this mean the 4442 thru 4449 or is this 4440 thru 29 more numbers which would end at 4469. Could not figure this out with the help menu in Call Manager.

    Ping Call Manager

    Pinging the call manager I get a drop packet rate of 10 to 12 percent. The call manager is across the wan is their an easy way to see what causes the phone to drop and start registering over again. I see some files when I browse to the phone.
