565-47xx and 862-45xx
Our users would like to have the option of sending out the main number caller ID or their personal ext caller ID. I had this setup with two short codes, 9 would dial out with the main caller ID and 7 would dial out...

I'm trying to setup some executive phones so if a call is unanswered their secretary is given a chance it answer. If she is also unavailable, the call would then be sent to the executives voicemail.
I thought of doing this through Voicemail Pro, under the specific users "leave" voicemail...
I sent a 5610sw phone out to one of our offices on the east coast. They have a hardware VPN device (Cisco ASA 5505) that connects them to our corporate network. The phone registers with the system just fine and is able to make/receive calls.
At random times the phone will drop calls...
