    Meridian Option 11 - Headset Ring or Beep??

    Hi, we are jsut setting up some M3820's on one of our old Merdian PBX's. They have a headset in them. BUT, some of the calls are ringing in the headset and some are beeping.     Nortel Merdian MAT 6.5 Disc

    Can anyone out there help me out please? I need the MAT version 6.5 disc. I need a copy. No-one seems to have one anymore. (I know it is no longer supported). I am sure someone, somewhere out there can help me. Ours was lost and the PC corrupted, so we need to re-install it. HELP ME PLEASE :-)
