    IVS 2000 unwanted tone during transfer;

    I have an IVS 2000 that has a tone (two splashes) sounds like dial tone to the calling party during transfer. The calling party thinks this is busy tone and hangs up. if they don't hang up the call completes. I need silence during transfer please. Thanks
